Once again, Adventure Club gives us a perfect mix. Latley this duo has been hitting all the right notes and thier fans are loving every second of it. With a little dubstep balanced by some Edm and House style mixes, this track is just the right amount of everything. This "Superheroes Anonymous Volume 1" set is just a glimps of AC's new project. Rumor is that more additions and volumes will be made in this series.
AC has landed a spot in Chicago's Lollapalooza lineup at the begining of August. Just the thoughts of what they have in store for a show like that gives me goosebumps. This 38 minute set is just a window into the world that is Adventure Club. Their range of styles may vary, but their delievery is always the same; and it rocks the shit out of your speakers.
Make sure to follow these guys closley, because all I can say is there's a lot more in store from AC.
Here's an awesome set for all you Electro readers from our favorites at Adventure Club. No better way to wrap up the weekend than to kick back and chill for the better half of 27 minutes with Life in Color track. This duo knows how to keep the flow going throughout their entire set. Incorperating some original tracks along with new mixes, this track is a good balance of dirty drops and smooth listening. Perfect for your "do nothing" Sunday.
Fresh out the oven!! Adventure Club posted on their Facebook yesterday that something was coming today, and they delivered just over 3 hours ago.
Now, I am not the biggest fan of dubstep, but something about Adventure Club has always stuck with me. I'm not sure whether it's the specific wobble they use on the tracks, the vocals they choose, or the simplistic, yet somehow incredibly layered production. One thing is for sure, I just can't get enough. I think the best thing about them however is their unreal knack for remixing tracks that no one would ever think to remix. Every time I hear a new one, my nostalgia kicks in hard. Who in the world would think that a dubstep group would be remixing bands like Thrice or Brand New?
Their newest finds them taking on another Post-hardcore/Emo group, and fellow Canadians, Alexisonfire. Unfortunately, I can't say it is my favorite track they've released, but it is phenomenal all the same. It is however, one of my favorite Alexisonfire tracks (yes, I was one of those in high school. Big time). I'll let you be the judge on this one. What do you think?
Overall, it is much more serene than the majority of their stuff, and this actually works to their advantage as they blend Dallas Green's ethereal vocals over the track almost flawlessly. The ebb and flow of the track is much smoother than their earlier work and this is really helping it grow on me. Enough said though, check it out for yourselves.

Chosen by Rolling Stone as one of the "10 Must-See Acts at Bonnaroo 2012," Big Gigantic has been making the rounds this summer on the U.S. festival circuit to rave reviews. Having already taken Bonnaroo, Wakarusa, Hangout, Electric Forest, Camp Bisco, Governor's Ball and All Good Music Festival by storm, the duo just performed twice this past weekend at Lollapalooza: Saturday night at a sold-out official aftershow at the Congress Theatre and Sunday night on Perry's Stage at the festival, where they announced their headlining New Year's Eve show taking place at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. Other festival appearances still to come include Outside Lands this Sunday, August 12 (set time: 2:05-2:50pm on Twin Peaks stage), Austin City Limits, Summer Set and CounterPoint along with performances in early 2013 on both Holy Ship! and Jam Cruise, marking the first band to play both cruises.
One of their biggest shows to come this year though will be taking place in their home state of Colorado when Big Gigantic headline the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre for the first time ever Saturday, September 29 and transform the iconic venue into "Rowdytown." The support acts for the show have finally been announced. Joining Big Gigantic and over 9,000 fans will be Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Dillon Francis, GRIZ and Raw Russ. Special VIP and travel packages are currently available including an exclusive VIP viewing area, a limited edition signed poster and shuttles. For more information, go to www.biggigantic.net.
As promised just yesterday, we've got a new single for you from the Canadian tag-team whose music is every bit as fun and youthful as their moniker suggests. The latest installment from Adventure Club features beautiful vocals from Krewella and is a soft n dubby mellowed out song for the summer. Enjoii
The Montreal duo, Adventure Club, has just released a swanky new single called 'Wait'. The track features their characteristic wobbly dub sound flawlessly paired with Karen O's chilling vocals [lead singer of the Yeah Yeah Yeah's] from an old favorite, Maps. Stay tuned for another single to be released shortly...Cheers
