This album is so good! Buy the whole album! I like Ed Banger's description the most:
"Admit it, deep inside you’ve always thought of BUSY P as Santa Claus to Ed Banger’s North Pole. And you knew DJ MEHDI was kind of the african cousin to the Whipping Father. Well, guess what? This winter they gathered their favourite newcomers, added a couple of old-timers, mixed them together and cooked the best holiday electronic dish. A brand new compilation of all fresh and unrealeased music, down and up-tempo, love and dub-step, warm and cold-beats, and more international than Jesus. Just like the season."

Cassius hit single, 'I Love You So', is an example of one of those rare instances in which a song hits home on so many levels that it's able to stay true to form despite shifting through various genres. Several weeks ago I posted JFK's remix of the track and after weeks of keeping it to myself and searching for a non-ripped version, but alas failing, I present to you Skream's go at it. Nothing against jfk's efforts, as he produced a worthy remix, but I must say that Skream has stolen the show. It's every bit as glorious you would expect from the dubby drum n bass master; as Annie Mac puts it, "so ravey, so distinctively Skream." Definitely my favorite release of 2011! [Sorry for the radio-rip but it's surprisingly great quality].

Hardwell
Layin' low, relaxin on a chilly winter night. It's been nonstop mayhem in the city of angels this past week and somehow I'm still ready to rage. Here are some of the best tracks currently atop my play count right now that have no doubt served as proper inspiration for the recent festivities... The Hardwell track is by far the most under-rated song of the year, shit bangs! The JFK [1/2 of MSTRKRFT] remix of Cassius' track, which Laidback Luke dropped in his amazing set at Together As One just before the countdown, is pretty massive in it's own right. As well as, the easy on the ears remix by Dada Life who just had a ridiculous year production wise & to put the icing on the cake here's an incredibly catchy yet super nice club remix done by Angger Dimas - an emerging force on the music scene who should have a huge 2011 [as will Hardwell]. Cheers
