This track's been out for about a month now, but it's recently catapulted to the top of my play count. Afrojack has really struck gold with this one, and that's saying a quite a bit when you're remixing a Michael Jackson song. Normally, I'd say that classic songs ought not be messed with by the likes of well...anyone. But the dutchman has does some of his dirtiest work here maintaining a strong Michael Jackson feel, integrating great vocal work from the original hit and blending them with his signature sound (while not going too laser-synth crazy with it - bare with the 1st 55 seconds of the track; it's worth it come the one minute mark). He's definitely produced a sexy dance floor banger, doing justice to the original force and KING of pop & dance music. A brilliant transcendence and fusion of two generation's respective dance cultures. I mean who doesn't want to get down to some MJ?
