GOOD FEELING and HAPPY VIOLENCE Remixes!

You know that girl that you've heard in that Avicii song (I think it's called "Levels" or something... have you heard it???) that sings about her "Good Feeling?' That's Etta James, the famous soul singer, in the early 1960s. Or you might have heard Pretty Lights sample it a few years ago. Or most recently, in Flo Rida's new song. And now we have even more songs with Etta's soulful voice because of all these remixes - heads up, they are all pretty good... but the Sick Individuals remix would get any crowd going crazy!

Born Behdad Nejatbakhshe, the French DJ/producer now known as Uppermost has slowly begun to hit the scene with his hard-hitting electro beats. His unique sound follows the lines of some big names, such as Wolfgang Gartner as well as some up-and-coming artists, like Felguk. Still yet to play a show in the US, Uppermost has gained rapid popularity around Europe and his sounds have even often been referred to as a more free, unpredictable version of Deadmau5's early releases. Already recognized by his impressive singles such as 'Equivocal' and 'We Are', his head-banging remixes, including his version of the always-famous 'What Is Love', are mostly still under the radar just waiting to surprise your ears. All of Uppermost's tracks can be downloaded directly from his Myspace, but here's a few to tide you over.

Also, check out the comparison between the Side By Side remix and Mau5's 'FML' (I'll throw in a link for that also)... The two are pretty similar, yet Uppermost might have found a way to one-up the #4 DJ in the world.
